Just went in for a look, two staff asked if they could help and left us to browse, no hard sell and really helpful. Ended up buying two bikes and at a great price. Much better than Halfords. Fantastic experience and well recommended. Dan was a star.

Had the best experience of customer care from Dan Oliver and his workshop service on my bike. Expensive hydraulic shifter part replaced under warranty which he organised. Very professional. 10/10. Thank you Dan!
