Checked out foundation price online before asking partner to collect it instore for me . He returned but they has charged £6 more for it ! When I rang customer services I was told that I could return the item , get a refund then order online and have it delivered ...also paying delivery charge absolutely disgusting customer... read full comment

Went to buy some Chanel makeup but unfortunately there weren’t any Chanel consultants available. Went to the Lancome and Clarins counters and they were exactly the same. Went to Boots and got what I wanted.
