The worse branch I have ever seen in the world,the staffs are useless ignorant the take hours to deal with one client too slow and rude.I wish I never hade Barclays and I will definitely will switch.

Absolute joke of a bank. Went to do business banking (Monday)) & both counters were closed. Told to use self service machine & it just kept spitting notes back out. Was told counters are closed til Wednesday, so need to go to Newcastle. It takes me most of the morning to get served in here I don’t have time to go to Newcastle.... read full comment
