I'm disabled and can't get to the chemist all the time , so I phone to see if my prescription is ready , but now they don't answer the phone it goes straight to a fax machine which makes a very load noise. But they say they too busy to talk to customers

Slowest pharmacy ever, had to leave them, never got stock in. Also very impersonal shouting "What's your address again" in front of everyone.
