I went in to buy a security camera. Bought it in store and waited to collect it. Was called over by the assistant (who was lovely) only to find out that it was click and collect in 5 days. Had the items I required, paid online then I went to collect from the store which was easy to do at 6.30pmStaff seem friendly and happy to help ?

Was left waiting in a long queue for at least 30 minutes whilst one person dealt with a customer and the other staff refused to man the till
