I did get what I needed but the customer service was awful. The woman that served me was called Inioluwa and she lacked all customer service skills. She didn’t say one word not even a hello. I didn't know supderdrug staff is now allowed to use the phone. Served by a girl, she was constantly laughing on the phone with someone and not paying attention to scan the barcodes properly. Long queue at lunchtime today as only 1 lady serving, she asked a male colleague to go on the till. He proceeded to moan out loud that he had to go on the till then started to question customers intelligence for not queuing properly, unbelievable, and retailers wonder why they go out of business.Go to Boots a short walk... read full comment
