Premier inn itself no issues. Pub next door serving food, diabolical service. Now only serving food 6.00pm till 9pm and had to wait an hour for my food Not what you need after a day driving and working away. Whoever owns these pubs needs a kick up the behind, what's wrong with serving food at 5pm to avoid the queues.

Had a recent 1 night stay at Woking West, chosen for the location, which was good. After checking in we did notice that the air-con wasn't on and that a large fan had been left in the room. Because it was already late and only a 1 night stay, we decided to cool the room with the fan and it was adequate and not to noisy... read full comment

Overall great value for money, but the new entry card system gets 0 out of 10 from us?....3 out of 4 days we needed to get new pass cards, we were in the annex and tried contacting reception via intercom which also wasn't working....
The team are really helpful and friendly but the equipment is letting them down
