This branch is shocking ... the place is an absolute tip, never enough counters open and the staff are miserable, rude and unhelpful.I was returning an Amazon parcel with a code I'd been sent the day before. Takes 30 minutes to queue, absolute joke. Manager should hire more counter employees, only about 2-3 working there.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO STAFF TO SERVE AND WAIT 30-40MIN, NO SHAME...Ps. Staff just standing at the letters & posting does NOT HELP and makes it even more frustrating seeing that and waiting for so long...
