I ordered and it never arrived! Shops are now closed and I have not had dinner. Called ten times no one even answered!

Pizza was late and stone cold. When it said on the webiste it had been delivered, I rang them as it hadn't. The woman on the phone said the delivery driver had delivered it to the wrong place and she would have to re-do my order, then she hung up before we had finished taking.
