I had the best costumer service in my life from lovely Nora who was so kind and helpful when I returned a faulty product. She offered to order a replacement and when the delivery was going to be a few days, she tracked down an alternative at a nearby store. I’m really disappointed with Next because I supposed to collect my parcel from store after 2 pm in Woking but I don’t receive the code until 5 pm when the store was closed.

They stop customers coming in, even before they are closed - they should be honest and say closing time is 17.50
