Very unimpressed by the fact the post office is out of use, and very annoyed by the surly manner of a lady member of staff when I enquired when it would re- open. Please train your staff to be courteous to the customers.

The vast majority of staff are lovely and do their best but this is now the third time I've walked to shops and there is a sign on the door saying "back at <insert time here>" which is insanely inconventient. This was sat 3 June at 7pm. NO ONE THERE. wasted trip

Finally I’ve been able to purchase milk in our shop since last October. Many emails sent. As it’s the only shop in Send village it would be nice to be able to buy essentials especially for the elderly and people and those that don’t drive!So congratulations McCall’s on the milk situation all we need now is opening... read full comment
