Arrogant Manager Tanveer was initially really unhelpful. I was returning a ready meal that was not sealed and not safe to eat. The seal, in one place, had pasta in it and was open. M&S Cafe - absolute disaster, almost all items on menu were not available, kids items were totally out, and no supervisor or manager on duty. Staff said this has been happening for months now. Wont go back.

The gentlemen putting stock out with brown hair today at around 11:40/12(my time in there) was so lovely offering if I needed help or would like a basket with the most uplifting smile really made my day.
