I been customer long time, but this time it’s unbelievable the behaviour of the guy answer to the phone. He said “ I don’t get paid to listen your complain”, he will not listen complains if his doing the job properly. I receive my pizza at 23:33 and he still told me that I receive at 23:20.

Me and the family ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas last night . They were practically raw and tasted like raw dough the salami was cold and was half cooked . When I called them back they asked me send an email which took about 40 mins for them to review they eventually agreed to send me another pizza . By 9pm the pizza the...

Giving 5 stars purely for the customer service from Janaid.
I am a passionately unloyal and ever changing customer in the on-going arms race of Pizza Distribution in Woking.
However, Janaid has swung me towards Dominoes for the time being, and due to his customer service I have frequented on back to back weeks....
