Booked to have two solid pine wardrobes to be collected. Driver refused to take them unless they were dismantled. They are solid pieces of furniture not flat pack. So called another charity which were much more helpful. Just wish I had read the reviews for BHF. Then I wouldn't of wasted my time with them

I find the staff rude. I donated some items to them and instead of being grateful I felt I was an inconvenience and that my donation was unwanted. Didn't even get a thank you or asked about gift aid. Plenty of other charity's out there so I'll donate elsewhere in future.
