Bought pillows. They won’t let return the same day because the packaging was tore even when that’s the only way they could be taken out.

I ordered and payed a sofa on august the 31st and my delivery was scheduled for October the 17th. Delivery didn’t happen and I didn’t get any notification by text or email about delay.
