We left our chain saw to them for repair. It has been nearly 3.5 months and we still haven't got it. I have never seen company like this. If I know it will take that long I would never chosen them. Within 3.5 month I would have repair it myself. It is a basic chain saw. Company workers do not care. Their phones always busy....
