Very rude man with no tolerance for children. Despite spending a fortune in there over the years, yesterday he banned my daughter because she was laughing with friends which annoyed him! Why be part of a lovely friendly village if you are such a miserable post master who hasn’t got any customer service skills at all, not even pleasantries! Unbelievably rude man. Why Amazon uses him to take in their parcels I just don’t know! I will be going to Lightwater from now on. Rude rude!!
