Asked a specific question about posting a parcel. Turns out they gave me wrong information so parcel was sent incorrectly. Went back to get proof of postage to call reveiver and try to rectify but they refused to do anything. Awful service

Phoned the help line yesterday to ask where the nearest PO to drop off my click & drop parcels & the lady confirmed it was Whyteleafe. I walked 2 miles to be told they no longer take PPI!! ??
