Fantastic service from Dawn who went above and beyond to assist me today. Took the time to listen and quickly found a solution. A pleasant change from having to deal with the telephone banking team who have come up woefully short on every occasion I have had to deal with them.

Nicky your lovely lady who helped me today was a true asset to your team.I had been on the phone all morning with hsbc customer service sorting an issue and then they disconnected the line and never attempted to call me back (great service!)
