Booked an eye test to re-order contact lenses for which I was expecting to pay £35/£40 as the normal rate. The lady over the counter mentioned that I wouldnt be able to reorder contact lenses unless I underwent the full eye examination costing £100!Feeling disappointed, there was no such obligation with other opticians... read full comment
