I needed last minute bridal bouquet for my wedding and the lady in the store (I didn't get her name) promptly worked on the flowers and within 1 hour I had a bouquet ready which my now wife loved. Many thanks for being so accommodating.

I recently lost my missus just before Christmas and was told by the funeral directors to go to petals in Walton on Thames, they were useless and told me to go somewhere else as they were going on there Christmas holidays and could not help me.
