Do not use the car wash here! MFG are frauds! Their equipment scratched my car and they refuse to compensate!

I've gone there to clean and wash my car twice in September 2023 and recently in April 2024. On the first occasion I paid for £8 car wash and nothing happened, the staff advised me to pay again but the machine didn't start. Without doubt, the worst customer service, with the most untrained staff that I have come across. Bought a plastic petrol can, filled it up with fuel, got home and petrol all over the boot. Took it back and they could not understand that I wanted a refund. Offered me another container which also had a hole in it. Clearly... read full comment
