Had a great experience when purchasing glasses and contact lenses. Staff were friendly and didn’t try to upsell me on things that I do not need. Received glasses a lot quicker than I have previously with other opticians. Left on the day of eye test with contact lenses. I will be returning without hesitation.

We have used this center before, and last year it took around 5 days to collect the glasses, which is the normal time everywhere. However, this year, my daughter had eye problems, so we tested her two months earlier, resulting in a change in her eye prescription. I have used this store for over 10 years and have purchased on average 2 pairs of specs every 2 years.I had my eye test recently and needed stronger lenses and duly ordered 2 pairs at a cost of £291.50, I asked for what I had previously ordered in order to use the 2 sets of glasses for reading and working on a screen.... read full comment
