Rude staff.. was told no staff on til... when asked how to pay she said i guess ill serve you then.... shocking service

Big shout out to Katie and Kieran at Walton on Thames Branch, who both went out of their way to help me with a jacket I needed to change the size of. Polite and helpful, many thanks to you both. I have found all the Staff in this Store to be amazing!

Rudest ever employees for a newlook store. Been there multiple times and never been a good experience. Used to love this brand, now I rather go to next which is opposite with a much better customer service. I wouldn't even bother ordering online.
