The staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, excellent service always.

So now closed on Wednesdays and Fridays but when I went today (Monday) it was closed essential work allegedly. Not impressed. The staff are helpful when the branch is open and there is usually a queue - so why is the branch only open sporadically?
