So disappointed in this bank how we get treated how have I been waiting a month for a one time password and now they want me to do the hole process again I hate this bank so shambolic

Normally i try to avoid going into a bank at all costs, but at this branch i was treated as you would expect.Friendly and very helpful staff members.
