Very good, friendly and professional service. My bike was like brand new when I received it back from a gold service I had booked. Friendly and expert help, bought a bike which has - after a few months, so this is a review based on real experience - turned out to be perfect. Was well looked after from first visit to (free) follow-up service 6 weeks after purchase. Couldn't be happier.
