Customers service very rude should treat people with respect put us off doing business with them looked at us as if we were criminals

l visited halifax on 28/2/24 was greeted by a very pleasant happy member of staff, she had a difficult customer before me but still managed to smile & gave me advice on interest rates. previous visits have not been as pleasant, hope she is permanent

Very disrespectful and Rude Stuff not paying attention to the costumers, I’ve gone there for 2 days with my baby to open a bank Account they were very rude speaking very disrespectful
