Visited EE at Walton on Thames after a 13 hour flight yesterday - Anish was very helpful and patient with 2 jet lagged idiots who needed to eSIMS set up on their iPhones. Would recommend purely on the basis of his skill and professionalism.

Went in with vulnerable elderly lady who owns a pay as you go mobile phone. She had paid money on EE account but had no network connection. The staff were extremely helpful and after removing the Sim and restarting the phone she was connected back to EE.
