Joseph was great, difficult to get appointments as me and my partner work weekdays but during a quiet period he was happy to sort us out as a walk in. Really friendly staff and obvious they care about their work.

One of the worst banking experiences ever. I went in for an account name change and was instructed to stand in the cue by the greeter. It took the teller 10 minutes to log into the system. Once at the counter I was told they could not process a name change there and I would have to wait for one of the bankers. 20 minutes... read full comment

Useless bank. Only open 5 hours a day at best and when you finally speak to someone they are rude and unhelpful.
