Rude staff. Bad, unreliable serviceYou try and support your local shops but when that loyalty is thrown back in your face repeatedly it becomes harder to support those shops which shouldn’t remain. Opening hours especially for package drop off are completely unreliable and will depend on all the drama the staff is dealing with (today I was yelled at that I cannot drop my package because she has not eaten the whole day).
