Got a "package delivered" notification from ebay but the package had not arrived. Contacted Tadworth sorting office and the guy not only found out where the package was, but drove in his own car to get it and deliver it to me within an hour of my initial enquiry. What excellent service!

How is someone meant to collect their parcel, when they’re only open for 2hrs??

Seriously bad service not received post for over a week only open two hours each day? Using the pandemic as an excuse for not delivering the post. Seriously sort it out!!
