Service disappointing , ideally no star.I waited so long for service. The lady being served was taking a really long time, and I could understand why the confusion was caused. It looked like she had had the wrong identity but instead in error had picked up the wrong parcel. It took over 20 minutes to realise the mistake!... read full comment

Do not get your parcels sent here. When I tried to collect my parcel the barcode wasn’t working and instead of being friendly and helping the lady working there was so rude. She was watching tv when I arrived and sighed when I was waiting. Then scanned the barcode and told me to call yodel and she couldn’t do anything.... read full comment

Please ensure that when collecting parcel/s Please be patient and note from yodel eBay vinted ect you have a collection code (barcode) otherwise we will not be able to release the parcel. For UPS parcel pls bring name and address proof. Please try and avoid collecting parcels during school run times 3.15. - 3.45pm. We will not tolerate any abuse towards staff members.
