I’d give ZERO stars if I could, the woman is so rude! Why offer parcel pick up service if you’re clearly not in the slightest interested in doing it. Awful experience.

Rude, and unprofessional. It matches the EVri service as well. Do not order anything do this pick-up point.

I feel better to know she wasn't rude just to me. They offer parcel services but take parcels depending on their mood. Today she refused mine because it wasn't flat enough.
