In Whsmith in Staines there is a baldish guy with long hair and glasses named Adam M, a sad individual. Very rude and has issues with his attitude which was confirmed by another customer who said that Adam was rude towards his son when his son asked for something the reply was something like "I already told you before".... read full comment
