Staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. There is still a little bit of extra training that I would recommend, but for 99% of people, they should be able to answer all questions. Prices are good, and the overall cell coverage is acceptable. Overall I recommend them

The store is open 24 hours a day Monday to Friday and closes at 10pm Saturday and 4pm Sunday which makes it very convenient for shift workers many of whom work nearby at Heathrow Airport.
