this is the worst customer service, canceled my online order. I will no longer buy from this store

Dreadful customer service from "well I'm the manager".20 minutes before store closing time, I, disheartened, walked away from the fitting room as there was a barrier created with a clothes rail. They no longer do paper receipts and you have to part with your email address just to buy something.Won’t be shopping at River Island again upon this basis.
