Ordered a matcha latte, someone else picked it up when I went for it, then came back after realising it wasn’t hers as she’d ordered an iced one. Staff didn’t offer to make me a new one, no idea if this lady had already drank from it. Latte wasn’t hot and was lumpy at the bottom, not as good as it used to be. Tables...

This used to be a great place to go to. Staff always so friendly. Seating area upstairs is closed off, tables left are all looking into the toilets which had the door wide open when I went.
