If I could give a zero star review, this would be it. They always shut earlier than stated hours and have no understanding that some customers have to walk a long distance to get to the post office. They are rude and slow and most of the time have no idea what they are doing. Worst post office I have ever used.

They don't know what they are doing.was quoted what I thought was too much,so went to Edinburgh drive instead ,& they confirmed what I thought.Probably saved £10 don't use always long Ques & free parking at Edinburgh drive & much friendlier.

Website states closing time on Saturday is 5:30pm. Arrived at 5pm on Saturday 3rd February however all positions were closed despite a queue having formed. The worst post office in the area
