I went to this branch today around after 3pm with the intention of opening an ISA account. one or two positive comment, 1st the branch itself look nicely set up inside, almost homely with all the furniture and sitting area. 2nd, I was seen at the cashier straight away as there were no queue. From here things went down hill...
