Very few staffing in this big store, Unable to find things customers need it quickly. I visited on a weekday, 2 or 3 customers in the shop.

Large store. The quality of clothes varies. Some basic Matalan items such as tops fray easily and do not last. I find it better to pay a bit more for their items. In general the staff are good.Downstairs it seems harder to find staff. You can also only pay by card downstairs (not sure about upstairs) which I don't like... read full comment
