Called in to donate a couple of bags of my used items on Monday 31st July. Very rude and impatient young woman tutted and huffed as I put them by the till area. Wanted to buy a small glass piece, but the staff member dropped it on the floor while checking the price and it broke. They didn't even apologise or offer a discount for the next item.
