Most times not got all my prescription and have to make a repeat visit. Also the other day there were 9 people out back and only one on till. I waited ages and ages and again told they didnt have all of my prescription. They need bigger premises also to sort out who does what in the shop. Ie. Staff are always helpful, but surely the filing system isn’t working! The wait for them to firstly find the paper is ridiculous and then they have to search for the items!!
