I think that WHSmith in general have lost their way and no longer know what sort of a retailer they are. A few books, a few items of stationery, some magazines and some gifts and cards and wrapping papers, but not really enough of anything. It is an okay place to go if you know exactly what you want but not a great place... read full comment

abusive staff member: i i dont often complain or write reviews about WHSmiths but i came in here today and what i witnessed was horrible a older staff member with gray hair was literally shouting at another younger staff member withthe gray hair was shouting at a staff member complaining about the shelf he was stacking... read full comment
