Manageress tried her best to avoid refunding a defective product (electrical fan) - only when pressed with the law she eventually budged although the whole thing was pretty unpleasant.

Used to be pleasant enough place !Today the atmosphere at the checkouts between staff and manageress was incredibly clear they were not happy staff . The abrupt manner in which she spoke to them was awful, almost like they were her slaves and feared her . I felt I needed to write this review because this woman ( manageress)... read full comment
