Tried phoning the chemist approx 10 times a day for about a week - no-one picks the phone up! The man who had trouble understanding my question spoken in plain English, told me I could collect my prescription at another boots!! WRONG!! The que was out of the pharmacy in to the corridor. Prescription and other items que was mixed into one LONG line. The wait was extremely off putting, I'd rather go without or wait... read full comment

Absolutely terrible service had to wait over an hour for two items. Took longer than my consultation that was on time . Great service from hospital poor service from boots. Never use them again.
