They seem to like to pack up and finish well before 6pm. If you go in around 5.15 they won’t warm food as oven off or make anything other than straight coffee as machine/gadget has been turned off/cleaned. It could do with a good clean and refresh. Starbucks opposite looks better.

Customers being lied to by the shop manager and other staff about no iced drinks available… then watching the shop manager make herself a Frappe drink.Seating areas get closed off leaving customers with no where to sit..
