£7,150 for a party wall award (for a simple kitchen and loft conversion). The award received was basic and has left unanswered questions and problems.

Awful company. Avoid if you can.We had a surveyor come out called Chris Smart who was rude and unprofessional.We had to use this company, was not out of choice.
