Roadworks halfway down our road but the road is fully accessible from both ends. They have failed two deliveries 3 times, with one delivery having no follow up at all, because "the driveway was inaccessible." This 5 stars review goes to Anne - a RM personel who went above and beyond to help me to find and deliver my orders that were marked as delivered while they weren't. While the whole RM is a joke at the moment and is no longer reliable service as it used to be, people like Anne are those rare diamonds that save the whole... read full comment
