post office does not deliver post ontime and there office does not answer there phone load of rubbish

Open from 8am - 10am - staff spend more time in the pub opposite than actually at work. Requested a re-delivery that was never re-attempted on the chosen day and now I have to go and take time out of my (full) working day to pick the letter up. The sooner Royal Mail goes pop the better - it’s no longer fit for purpose.... read full comment

Express 24, should be the next day... not 3 days later! Apparently my package has been with the Horley delivery office for two of the three days, according to Royal Mail Track & Trace. This isn't good enough! I should have got the free delivery option instead of paying, the item would of arrived quicker!It's not the first... read full comment
